How do I stop an alert?
To stop the last alert you received reply STOP and send.  This will remove the most recent subscription received by the mobile.

How do I stop ALL alerts?
To stop all alerts reply to the latest alert with STOP ALL.  This will remove all subscriptions associated with the mobile number.

If you continue to receive alerts please send an email to support@2txtu.com including your mobile number.  The mobile number will be manually removed from all alerts.  Please note this may take up to 24 hrs to process a manual request.

Why do I get alerts from different numbers?
2TXTU utilizes a series of mobile servers that have different mobile numbers.  Depending on which server your alert originates from, the “from” number may be different.
